Wrap it up! I started the layout with a 12×12 piece of cardstock by K&Company since they have great designs and a number of products that are eco-friendly. Are you wondering how I managed to change the paper? I love tissue paper and don’t like throwing it away after receiving a gift. Yes, you guessed it… I wrapped my 12×12 cardstock up with tissue paper!
Household embellishments. After I matted the photo with a scrap sheet of paper, it was time to embellish from my stash. Do you see that cute flower? It is actually a shoelace. I had originally bought it to use on a cross-stitch project years ago. As you can tell, I never did and now it has a new home.
Think outside the box. It was fun to add dimension to the “Play Time” sticker by using leftover chipboard from a cereal box. To give it an extra pop, I adhered it with a Pop Up Glue Dot.
Supplies: cardstock (K&Company), journaling spot and sticker (K&Company), tissue paper, shoelace, cereal box, adhesive (Ultra Thin & Pop Up Glue Dots), one photo. Layout is 12 x 12″.
